Ciao After,
Right now I've proceed my works using an ER6 engine on my Versys 2010, according with an airbox mod.
I hope to get enough time to post my works, showing resoults from any test I've made. Quickly I can say much of the differences comes from the different head.
Higher compression ratio gives back a lot of torque (on low rpm) you loose using an er6 intake cam on the V engine... Otherway using a V intake cam on the ER6 head, give so much torque at low and middle rpm, but gives a too high value over 8000 rpm causing a little resistance to get top speed.
Looking for more power, but good torque all around too, I prefered still using the V mainfold exhaust..
Really enjoied resoults, but still have some little problem with vibrations. It's incredible but 2010 frame is so worse than the old model one...
